Mark Coduti
President
Mark became Winsert’s president in April 2022. He served as Winsert’s Chief Operating Officer as well as Chief Sales & Strategic Growth Officer since rejoining Winsert in 2020. Throughout his career and during his prior time with the organization, Mark held various executive leadership roles with responsibility for sales, marketing, and engineering for both private and public companies. He graduated from Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering and a Minor in Business Administration.
David Eickmeyer
Vice President & General Manager – Marinette Operations
David is Winsert’s Vice President & General Manager. He began his career with Winsert in 1988 upon his graduation from Michigan Technological University with a degree in Mechanical Design Engineering Technology. David had been Winsert’s Vice President of Engineering & Quality prior to starting his current role. His 35+ years of technical experience allows him to be a key resource for our OEM partners.
Trisha Dickinson Lemery
Chief Business Development Officer
Trisha Lemery is currently Winsert’s Chief Business Development Officer. She most recently served as Winsert’s president & CEO for 12 years, taking the reins from her father and Winsert’s founder, Stephen A. Dickinson. Trisha received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English & Business Administration from St. Norbert College and also attended the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. She held various sales and management positions within the organization before becoming Winsert’s second president. Trisha is an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2016 Regional and National Award winner in the manufacturing and family business categories.
Dr. Xuecheng Liang
Chief Technical Officer / Chief Metallurgist
Dr. Liang is Winsert’s Chief Technology Officer / Chief Metallurgist. He began his career at Winsert in 1992 when the materials research department was founded. Dr. Liang earned his Master of Science in Wear of Materials from the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences and his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering, Wear of Materials from the University of Notre Dame. He is an inventor on Winsert’s numerous patents and creator of Winsert’s vast library of proprietary alloys.
Chris Behrend
Director of Human Resources & Talent Management
Chris joined Winsert in 2019 and is our Sr. Director of Human Resources & Talent Management. He brings more than 25 years of experience as a trusted business partner within the functions of Human Resources and Health, Safety & Environmental. Chris has a passion for influencing the development of people and teams that consistently win by exceeding expectations. Chris graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay with a Bachelor of Science degree and holds certifications in Prosci® Change Management and High Performing Team Development & Coaching.
Lee Hornick
Director of Finance
Lee joined Winsert in 2011 and is our Director of Finance. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and holds a Certified Management Accountant certification. He brings over 25 years of experience in how the financial system interrelates with operations. He oversees the organization’s finance, accounting, and payroll departments.
Mark Okrasinski
Director of Engineering & Quality
Mark is Winsert’s Director of Engineering & Quality. He graduated from Lakeland College with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management. Mark joined Winsert in 2011 and is responsible for all of Winsert’s engineering and quality control functions as well as quality planning/validation activities.
Tom Woods
Director of Operations
Tom is Winsert’s Director of Operations. Tom has been with Winsert for 15 years in various roles including master scheduling, new product management, project & program management, account management, and global sourcing. He has a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from Villanova University and a Master Certificate in Global Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University. Tom oversees the operations and purchasing departments at Winsert.
Jason Anderson
Director of Sales & Marketing
Jason is Winsert’s Director of Sales & Marketing. Since joining Winsert in 2011 and prior to starting his current role in 2021, Jason has served in various roles throughout the organization including Product Manager, Industrial Engineer, and Sales & Marketing Manager. Jason oversees the North American outside sales, inside technical sales, customer service, and marketing teams at Winsert. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Northern Michigan University.
Eiko Reinhardt
Director of International Sales
Eiko is Winsert’s Director of International Sales. Since joining Winsert in 2014 and prior to starting his current role in 2021, Eiko has served in various roles throughout the organization including Strategic Account Manager Europe and Sales Manager & Authorized Signatory. His international business background is a key resource to expanding the organization’s global footprint. He graduated with an A.S. degree in Business Administration from SLCC and also has an Executive Bachelor of Business Administration degree from European University Business School.
Aaron Tuinstra
Director of Digital Transformation
Aaron joined Winsert in 2014 and is our Director of Digital Transformation. Aaron works in both the technical and business territories within the organization through creation of powerful integrated solutions to help support intelligent business decisions. Aaron earned an Associate degree in Computer Science and has over 20 years of software engineering and development experience.
